Hi I am new to this forum. I purchased a Pioneer BD-RW BDR-212v after the new LG WH16NS40 failed during a rip of a 4k movie. After a new attempt to rip again on a MAC and Ubuntu Linux system, the drive would no longer connect to to either system. The drive light flashes for a minute and then stops. Drive never connects. I even tried to do a factory reset and still no success. I did a previous post regading the Pioneer drive but it did not seem to work so I apologize if this ends up being a duplicate. I see others have posted with requests for help with this Pioneer drive. I would appreciate a PM for this drive as well.
