I guess PayPro has a list of keys that they got from MakeMKV and after each purchase of a license they issue a unique key from that list and send it to the customer as part of the order confirmation.
Either PayPro has run out of unique keys and needs to get new keys from MakeMKV or their automated system that issues a unique key is broken.
Wahtever the reason, newly registered users are now without a license key and cannot use the program.
And since the beta key has also expired they cannot use the beta key until this issue has been resolved.

So I bought a license (after umpteen years of using MakeMKV, oops) and never got a key. I sent an email to support@makemkv.com (Mike?) asking for a license key and got my purchase refunded instead. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Honestly I'd rather have the permanent license key than the $60.

Yes, Mike has been out of touch, for unknown reasons, for almost a week. PayPro Global have said that they have also not been able to contact Mike. There was one person who had said that PayPro informed them that Mike “needed to get more beta keys”, which doesn’t make sense because there is only one beta key per month.
PayPro had said that they would start automatically refunding customers who purchased the software after in the period between when they ran out of permanent keys and when they took the purchase site down on Saturday.

I think you might need to read that a little deeper. That says they emailed @makemkv.com directly and got refunded, they didn't reach out to the payment processor. That means someone received the email from MakeMKV and then refunded said order.

PayPro said that they would automatically start refunded all orders placed after the time when they ran out of beta codes, regardless of whether the customers had contacted them about the issue. I just saw an email from paypro saying they had refunded my money. I purchased the program/key on Friday August 1.

I just received the refund from PayPalGlobal myself. It is really unfortunate Mike is totally out of touch with them and us. I hope he is going okay and not injured or medically laid up.
