Thanks for this dump file. Would you also happen to have access to a non-Pioneer UHD drive please? Your Verbatim 43888 drive writes some of its MakeMKV metadata such that only MakeMKV itself can read it.

And could you also provide the (zipped!) actual AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk please? The copy of this file inside the TGZ dump file has been truncated to only 56 bytes, which also makes it unusable to anyone except MakeMKV. This file is almost certainly too large to attach here, and so the preferred solution would be to upload it into a file host like Google Drive or OneDrive, and then reply with a public download link.
