I'm in the same boat. Bought a key yesterday as I was planning on ripping a lot of my bray discs to my Plex this weekend but it seems my payment went through but never received the key. Sent an email to support, but no answer.

Just wanting to note I'm having this issue as well. Purchased key yesterday, PayPro sent three emails, the one that should have had the key had a blank line where the key should be. I reached out to their support and emailed the MakeMKV support email, PayPro said they have no keys to provide and reached out to MakeMKV on my behalf and CC'd me.
Hoping this is fixed soon, I know this is ran by one guy so I'm not rushing for a refund or anything. Quite funny the time I'm able to afford a license and want to support the project is the same time the key system has failed.

Considering there were a 1000 users logged on the other day and keys need to be generated, which will then need emailing (all possibly a manual job) there could be a lot of work involved to sort out; as I believe this is a one man job, I’m waiting until next week for a response. (I’d emailed support prior to seeing this.)
Bad timing for me, as I’d only bought my NAS last month and this month was the one I was ready to buy this (after payday).
My hundreds of Blurays so can wait until next weekend..
Still an official post update on here would be nice to see and could lessen the flood of emails to support.

Same boot here. Bought my version on The 1st and still haven't received my key. When i try to start the program now it says the version is to old and closes. tried redownloading but it is always the same message. and of course the beta key expired end of July, with no new key posted yet.

Might just be a weekend issue
seems like alot of us "beta users" decided to get a permanent key, when july beta ran out near a weekend.
i too will buy a perm key, when it's up running again (over 10 years on beta, it's time)
Looking forward to not having to update key every month or so.

As of this morning I had my payment canceled by PayPro and refund is in progress. This was done on their part without me asking.

That's not surprising.
The email I received from PayPro customer service came from someone on their Risk team. She mentioned that if they hadn't received keys from the vendor within a certain timeframe they would be refunding all related orders, so....I guess they've started doing it.

I didn’t ask for it, but I’ve just received a refund.
As I’ve used it for a month anyway, it only worked out at about 12p per disc so I was happy to just wait / let it slide.
Hopefully Mike is OK, and resolves things so I can give him some cash

so after letting the paypro customer service know about it (on the 4th), I've now also gotten my seemingly automated refund.
since there's been no new beta key either, it seems clear mike (is it mike?) is somehow preoccupied with something. hope it's nothing dramatic.
I do hope we'll get some sort of update when things are back to normal again.

And PayPro sent a refund without me asking. I was annoyed but more than happy to wait for a code.
