Asus BW-16D1X-U Platform RS8600 Firmware Flashing?

I just got the same ASUS external bluray writer and exactly the same drive information. Except OS device name: D
When I open the flash tool it says I'm not a MT1959 platform and I'm encrypted.

Could you please help me.

You need to post your Makemkv info to play it safe.

Did a test rip of my Jurassic World: Dominion 4k disc.
Took about 1 hour 15 minutes. MakeMKV said it reached about 4x reading speed.
This was e selected files rip of about 76GB.

Don't know if this is good or bad?!
Problem is that my laptop has two graphics cards built in. The Nvidia part is only
active with the external displays. So I'm not sure I get any hardware accelleration.
