Why ImgBurn?

I want to store br-rips as .iso.

Everywhere it is recommended that you'd use ImgBurn, even with macOS.

I managed to run it through Wine.
(Using 32b-xp-mode.)

But,
Does anybody know, how the end result differs from making .cdr in Disk Utility and then
