Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?
I did and the rips took. Didn't even have to reboot.
Will the public keys data be regularly synched into the MakeMKV key dataset? I'm happy to keep submitting my Pioneer dump files to the MakeMKV team if it's useful. I don't want to duplicate work for anyone.

As a rule: If MakeMKV generates a TGZ dump file then you should email that file to svq@makemkv.com.
And it's probably also worth making your TGZ dump file available here, e.g. by uploading it somewhere (Google Drive? OneDrive?) and then providing a public download link, so that people can try adding your disk to the public KEYDB database too.
