License key delay: How long should i wait?

Hello everyone,

I purchased a Kaspersky license a few hours ago and received a receipt, but have not received the key yet. I have contacted support but have not received a response yet.

Has anyone had the same experience, please comment or give me advice.

Why are you asking about Kaspersky licenses in the MakeMKV forum? Maybe asking on their site would result in a quicker response.
