I was wondering if I have a single bad disc, or if it's a production error, and if anyone else is having the same issue. I can't return my box set, it's waaaaaay past the return date.
It's the 55th Anniversary Star Trek The Original Series steelbook collector's set.
It was brand new. All the discs copied fine except Season 3 Disc 4. The disc appears to be in immaculate condition. I see no noticeable defects. On both my slim drive and even my 5.25" LG drive, I get similar errors (although my slim drive gives up much earlier and doesn't even attempt a workaround.):
