"EDITED TO ADD: A change; dump files uploaded will be allowed temporarily, so that they can be pulled by other people who can process them for they keydb database. After they've been pulled, they will be removed."

Thanks for providing a suitable disc dump file. The 2A7A variant of Queer has been added to the public keydb.
If you haven't previously configured MakeMKV to utilise the public keydb you can follow my instructions here or use SamuriHL's utility for Windows (Link)
Public KeyDB Disc Submissions
- The MKB_RO.inf file from the original disc is required
- Do not submit Stranger Things
- Place the extracted keydb.cfg file in the same directory as your disc dump files
