Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e.where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

I'm fairly sure this KEYDB entry matches your disk:

0xC8E0CC846CAEDA73B9D4739CE3B4E3FB5B05307A = MICKEY_17 (Mickey 17) | D | 2025-03-04 | ... 

And since it includes a Volume Unique Key (VUK), MakeMKV can use it to decrypt your disk.

Thanks for providing a suitable disc dump file. The D63A variant of Mickey 17 has been added to the public keydb.

If you haven't previously configured MakeMKV to utilise the public keydb you can follow my instructions here or use SamuriHL's utility for Windows (Link)
