Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

If that fails, could you also provide your TGZ dump file here please? Either as an attachment or via a download link? This would help The Powers That KEYDB support your disk too.

The EC18 variant of Throne of Blood has been added to the public keydb. If you haven't previously configured MakeMKV to utilise the public keydb you can follow my instructions here or use SamuriHL's utility for Windows (Link)
