Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

If this doesn't work, could you also provide your TGZ dump file here please, either as an attachment of via a download link? This would help The Powers That KEYDB support your disk too.

That's interesting! A 4K remaster of Kick-Ass arriving in 2025 sounds promising. I wonder how much the visual quality will be improved, and if there will be any new bonus features included alongside the film. Hope they do it justice. A real treat for Drift Hunters fans.
