Thanks for providing a suitable disc dump file. The 6BD8 variant of Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow has been added to the public keydb.

If you haven't previously configured MakeMKV to utilise the public keydb you can follow my instructions here or use SamuriHL's utility for Windows (Link)
Public KeyDB Disc Submissions
  • Please use file hosts, not forum attachments
  • Your MKB_RO.inf must be at least 2MB, so copy it directly from your disc
  • Place the extracted keydb.cfg file in the same directory as your disc dump files
