It's where MakeMKV writes its TGZ dump files, and is also visible in MakeMKV's "View/Preferences/General" tab as the "data directory".
OK: that directory is /Users/MyName/Library/MakeMKV
That folder contains no item called ‘keydb.cfg’

The idea is that you download KEYDB.cfg, copy it
into that folder, and then restart MakeMKV. This allows MakeMKV to use KEYDB.cfg as a "fall-back" database.
