the Asmcom site still shows as offline until the 14th, however the ebay store shows the 16th as the return date. Is the 16th the revised return date? hoping to get a pioneer bdr-S13U-X as it sounds like that's the buy once cry once "best" drive for ripping any and all formats of blu ray?

Made the mistake of not ordering a drive when the website launched! Thought I had more time to make my purchase :') Won't make the same mistake again. The message on the site says the site was supposed to be back online yesterday Monday 14th but that did not happen. Do you know when are you expecting to start taking orders again? I'm interested in the BDR-XS07TUHD but I'm not sure if you have in stock? Also I'm not sure if that will be the best drive for my use case so I would appreciate if I can get an advice on what to get. I saw the website message on the weekend and hoped they'd be up and running again this week.

I seem to keep missing them as every time I've visited their sites (web or eBay) over the last few months, they've been closed!

I wanted to pay but it was Sunday, and they do not understand.

I pleased them to return my order and they even not respond, zero feedback.
Now they told me they do not want to deal with me hahaha.

They inform about reopen 14th April, today is 17th and still closed, even no any updated messege and apologies to their clients.

Total crap service/seller/people there, never again.
Shame on you for your approach to the customer.

they are restocking and making improvements to the site.

i saw in your emails and pms to me you ask alot of questions and point each sellers advice at the others no one likes that we all have our own way of doing things.

Billy, first of all, when I made orders site was working, and drives was availabe on their site. I saw they up do date everything because sudenlly S13U was out of stock, and they ofer it only it with enclosure, and also prize increased from day to day, so I order it, and also I order external X13U-X.

I do not know what they doing, but they they treated me very badly! canceling my orders, and saying bye bye get lost.

I asked you Billy about your drives few questions, for example I asked you about is this drives are crossflashed, you do not tell me even this so important things before buy right, so please do not write here that I'm asking super alot, this drives are not cheap now, but thank you for conversation and PM replies from you.
Anyway I already bought brand new X11J-X with v1.53 firmware from person who have different approuch for customer compare to Asmcom.
