It looks like your TGZ dump was created using a Verbatim 43888 drive, which means that most of its data is unreadable . Would you happen to have another UHD drive please?

Yeah, that’s right. I just don’t have another drive on hand at the moment.

Here is my TGZ, hope this helps. It was created with an LG BU40N. I also have a Pioneer XS07TUHD if that's better.

As a rule, all Pioneer drives are less friendly that LG drives. However, the UD04 is particularly unfriendly, even for a Pioneer !
