Congrats on getting the website working. Sorry to be that guy but I do everything in my power not to use UPS for shipping into Canada. They have absurd brokerage fees. They are $20-$30 more than any other shipper. Are there any options?
Thanks.
We no longer use FedEx, DHL or TNT as they have lost too many parcels. There is a Canadian seller on the forum who has very good feedback. His name is Bluntman.
Kind Regards

Thank you for your great service!
Already placed my order and I am considering a second one. I was wondering how would you feel about posting available stock on each model, so that we know if the drive in question is running out?
Cheers.
We plan to incorporate this into our website. In addition to an accessories section, we will include a web utility that displays all models, indicating whether they are in stock or unavailable.
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
We are glad just to get the website up and running as it took a longer time than expected.
Kind Regards

Hi
I tried to order some BDR-S13E-X drives, but it seems they are out of stock. Will you be restocking this model? Tnx.

Daft question but if I’m not currently ripping UHD discs, are there any advantages of a Libredrive over my current disc spinner?
It seems to rip all regions of dvd and bluray ok

Hi
Will you be restocking the BDR-S13E-X (drive only)? Otherwise, I guess BDR-213EBK is the option available for a Pioneer internal drive. Thanks.

Great to see the website up, any idea when you will have stock of Pioneer BDR-XS07TS drives? I tried to add one to my cart and got the notice that my order quantity (of one) exceeds available stock.
Thanks!

For my Pioneer BDR-X13E-S I am still not sure whether I can replace the supplied USB Type A to USB Type B connecting cable with an USB-C to USB Type B high quality cable.
My computer does not have USB Type A ports, only USB-C.
This is the cable I had in mind:

Please advise,
Thank you!

My PayPal account is currently restricted to Goods and Services transfers only. Any other options of payment?

i know there is the BDR-s13e-x with vantec, but is there any plans to restock the PIONEER BDR-X13E-X External Blu-ray Drive M-DISC BDXL or was it a limited run?

Hello all.
I am curious, will the drive update automatically to a newer firmware or is it manually done by myself? I am worried the pc might do this and brick my drive? Thanks in advance.

The website is now live. Please be patient as there might be a few bugs, but nothing that can't be sorted.
