trial key issue ?

Hi,

I have been trying to use the linux version of makemkv with the trial key and it has not been working. I'll try and provide more details in subsequent posts but here are a couple of links to some of the issues that have been found. These issues do not appear to be in 1.17.7

Has no one had/got the issue where the program hangs and uses CPU whenever you run

makemkvcon info disc:9999

?

The Linux version is known to be bugged in a few ways. There's definitely a flashing issue, a read speed issue and seemingly a issue when running a 64/32 bit OS on ARM. As long as there's no new bug fixes or feature updates, just keep using 1.17.6/7.

Thanks for the update.

It looks to me like that the dev doesn't like the command line tools and is looking to deprecate them. I hope that doesn't happen. I'm using 1.17.8 which seems passable, I just worry about the trial key expiration.

Not Self tested, Bus did you try to add the manually to the config file?
