First off let me say that I love MakeMKV. I have been a user for a long time. I have a PC with an extra DVD-rom enclosure. My Windows 10 PC can see my 17 disc drives but MakeMKV can only 16 of them. Is this an artificial limit that can be expanded? My new PC can handle all 16 drives and it has plenty of power left over. Also is there a way to sort the drives in Single drive mode by drive letter? I have four bluray drives that are F:,G:,H:, and I: but I have to scroll down to get to them. I am assuming that it is picking the order from the bus somehow since in my old PC, these came first and the extra 13 drives was out of order.
Thanks
Bob

Re: Maximum number of drives and order
I have to reply here because I have a similar problem. My system has 11 drives and Windows recognizes all of them. Makemkv recognizes only 10 - one drive less. Is there a reason for this?
Re: Maximum number of drives and order
I've seen other people run into the limit of 16 drives with MakeMKV.
I've not seen other people say the limit is 10.
I only have 4 drives, but MakeMKV sees all 4.

Re: Maximum number of drives and order
Found the solution: I didn't have drive letters for my drives before but used the function "Mount in the following empty NTFS folder" for each drive. I had done this to avoid a long and useless list of empty drives in my file explorer. Now that I have assigned drive letters, all 11 of the drives are recognized by MakeMKV.
