I don't know the MakeMKV hash value but a new entry for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 has been added to the public keydb. It probably corresponds to your 2486 variant (I'm guessing there aren't a lot of recent regional variants for this movie).

I was trying to open it with keydb file, but it failed for some reason. Then I just deleted the private_data file from makemkv, opened the movie again, the new list of keys got downloaded and it works now.
