Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

I have KEYDB.cfg auto-updated daily at midnight. In the spirit of being thorough, I pulled down the new one from this afternoon, and there it was. Would have been able to rip it tomorrow, but today is always better. Thanks for the prodding!
