got it flashed but it still doesn't register 4k discs and the BDR software is saying its a BDR-S11 not the 211 in your PM or S12u in the tutorial
(it wont let me PM back yet)

Its working now that I tried it today, I did shut the computer off along with removing power and usb from it for about 30 seconds right after I flashed it yesterday and it wouldn't read it at all. I guess that wasn't long enough :?

So? And these files are not supposed to be public. Anyone beware to make them! There are really good reasons that they aren't.
And you: If you are too cheap to spend a couple of bucks to show your interest and appreciation- forget it.
