whats wrong with my LG WH16NS40 DRIVE?

Hi, my lg wh16ns40 its old one, from 2014.
i just download HL program (BH14NS40_N1.00-A4_patched) try to apply new firmware (DE_flash_HL-DT-ST_BD-RE_WH16NS40_1.02_NS50)
and then error message appears: "UPADTE FAILED THE DRIVE MAY WILL BE EMERGENCY MODE THIS MODE IS ALOWED ONLY F/W FLASH SENSE 00/00/00
Whats wrong? After this, i'll try to flash some others fw, and the message "firmware reflash completed" restart pc.
but after restart, my drive dont work. it recognyzes by windows, eject, but dont read any dvd, bds.
any helps? thanks.

The Ultimate UHD Drives Flashing Guide has some warnings at the top about verifying that the platform is MT1959. A drive from 2014 is probably too old to be that platform. What does MakeMKV say about your drive platform?
