In my system I have an Asus player that is perfectly compatible with UHD discs. Since I have recently bought a lot of UHD and need to add them to my collection, I need a second player compatible with UHD discs. I have this other Pioneer player that is compatible with BD discs but not UHD.
I tried to update it with the software but it tells me that the player is not compatible. Is it possible to update it manually? Should I get a new player?
Thank you.
UHD incompatible Pioneer player?
Re: UHD incompatible Pioneer player?
UHD was introduced in 2016. Some Pioneer drives prior to that could read the data, but yours is from 2013
