Verbatim 43888 won't copy UHD

Hi, Noob here - I've purchased one of these Verbatim drives from amazon and while I can rip blu ray, it gives me an error message about 4k being encrypted. I'm running Windows 10 and I've then tried the latest firmware flash tool but it pops up with something about MT1959 not supported. Any advice please? :) TIZ
