I have been diligently making backups, last night I had a title that I had backed up and decided to watch, it jumped from one location to another location a couple times. I had no idea that this was a thing, especially when doing a full backup. Am I going to have to watch every movie and make sure it doesn't do that? I have researched a bit about this, but it was all about finding the track to rip an MKV file, I am doing full backups. Is this a more common on the blu rays versus the 4K discs?
I have also found some of the movies I ripped won't play due to the red firmware screen, but that can be undone using DVDfab, still annoying as you must use the original disc, not the BDMV file from Make MKV.

Re: Playlist Obfuscation and full backups
its more common on regulars bd compared to UHD but its still there but much less common
you can just make a mkv out of the bdmv folder when you find one that does it you just need to know the right playlist.
