Hi, I've been trying to backup this disc (the first UHD and TrueHD Atmos Studio Ghibli release in my country), and it's strange because it's the only UHD disc I can't read (sometimes it detects the disc, but when I press the backup button, it gives me an error). I've been waiting a little bit to see if the key wasn't uploaded on the MakeMKV database, but as far as I can tell, I think that's not the problem. Could someone help me with this? I've tried other BD100 releases from this year, like "Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire", and everything works fine. Thanks to everyone for your hard work!

Have you tried gently cleaning the disc?

Hi, in the end, I was able to get it to work. I tried again with another VPN, and this time it worked. Some internet providers in Spain block certain addresses, and I suppose that the free VPN I initially tried was refused or something similar. I should also mention that I deleted and reinstalled MakeMKV during the process, so maybe that helped (I'm not sure). Thanks a lot for your help.
