The CEF0 variant of Talk of the Town has been added to the public keydb.

(The libaacs disc ID is 0x06fedd5a1fcfe7ce7d4e9e66d49cfe848654c84a)

Basically, if you download the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copy it into MakeMKV's data directory (which is the same directory where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restart MakeMKV then you should now be able to unlock your disk.
