How long does the decryption take...sorry for the questions, I'm new here.
When the decryption is finished, how can I tell...do I then have to upload the new keydb.cfg file?
Greetings and thanks

The time between emailing your dump file to svq@makemkv.com and being able to decrypt your disk is both unknown and unknowable. The KEYDB.cfg file in an optional public alternative key database that MakeMKV is also able to use, should it find a copy in its data directory. So you don't need to use KEYDB, although it can sometimes acquire new keys faster than MakeMKV's own "hashed keys" database.
