What vantec enclosure? I was thinkign baout putting a BU40N in a https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0756MZTPG/?c ... dp_it&th=1 and in a Vantec NexStar DX2.

That will work sold a few like that because the slim cases went downhill at the end that's why they stopped making them I think

A late feedback - i received the Vantec DX2 enclosure a few days ago and it works perfect, so it was only the enclosure that was flawed. Thanks a lot for the help.
