A variant of Stir of Echoes has been added to the public keydb. I'm not sure about the corresponding MakeMKV ID but it is worth trying with your disc.

I downloaded the latest KeyDB; the only keys there were for old (2006-2007) Blu-ray Disc pressings, no UHD titles.
