Did you submit the file to svq@makemkv.com? Posting it here doesn't do that, but it does make it available to to third-party people to download for use, so I will leave it here for a bit.

I think this variant is already in the KEYDB.cfg file. Does copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV help?
