The latest KEYDB.cfg file contains entries for these titles. Does copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also stores its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV help?

Yes the KEYDB. files for each of the four steelbook titles (Ahsoka S1, The Mandalorian S3, Loki S2 and Hawkeye S1) all work. Thank you!

Haven't had issues ripping the first disc, no errors from MakeMKV about downloading the HK file, but still getting "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted" for the second disc.
