Hi, I recently bought an external Verbatim drive model BIAA / 43890 which I thought would support all DVDs including UHD...to my surprise, it does not support UHD. My research for a solution on the net, brought me to this forum, which is great by the way. I would greatly appreciate if you could find the time to PM me the solution you have been providing others in this thread. Thank you in advance.

Hi. I have the same problem. I can't load verbatim UHD discs on the drive. The driver is a Pioneer UD03. Thank you for your help.
