Download the ZIP file and unzip it.

It's the same directory where MakeMKV writes your TGZ dump files.

Normally, every disc works a few days after the dump is submitted.

Because sometimes MakeMKV can take a lot longer than "a few days". (Exactly how long it will really take is always both unknown and unknowable.) Installing/updating KEYDB is a completely optional extra step which can sometimes allow you to unlock your disk faster.

In this particular case, if you cannot already unlock your disk, the KEYDB.cfg file would probably unlock it for you immediately.
