What was the name of the dump file? Posting the name lets others know if their disc produced the same or a different dump. If different, they can send in their dump as well.

Basically: Have you tried downloading the latest
KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files), and restarting MakeMKV? Because AFAICT it already contains a couple of UHF entries.
