Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:READ OF SCRAMBLED SECTOR WITHOUT AUTHENTICATION' occurred while reading 'DVD+R-DL Dell DVD+/-RW DW316 A1C3 M05O4TG3824' at offset '1048576'

I tried reading this disc with two different drives and get the same error. Not sure what can be done?

If the two drives give an error at the same offset, cleaning the disk is the first recommendation.
