Dump Submitted - Repo Man

#1 Post by bman7 » Sun Sep 08, 2024 12:03 am

I was able to rip the 4k disc, but not the HD disc. This is the first time I've had a "volume key unknown" message with a regular Blu-Ray disc.

I also got the following message: "This disc uses newer version of AACS protection. Please let us know about it by visiting ..."

Code: Select all

MKB_v35_REPOMAN_0CCE.tgz

Well, there's always KEYDB.cfg, which contains:

Code: Select all

0xEA2990600C6CC083D2E82CA218C006E6BE7695DD = REPOMAN (REPO MAN) | D | 2013-02-01
But there should be enough device keys and host certificates available for AACSv1 to generate everything you need anyway :?.

I was using the 'go back in time' trick to start up the program, since the current beta key is expired.

I had a sneaking suspicion that was contributing to my problem. Anyways, I finally decided to pony up for a license, which was way overdue on my part. After licensing my version, and starting it up with the current date, it works now! I don't know for sure if that was the exact issue, but it seemed to resolve it for me!
