Hmm, the latest KEYDB.cfg contains this entry:

0x9D620EB40AC56C9E37212CE9335E5F6EDBFA01B7 = THE_STRANGERS_UNRATED (The Strangers: Unrated Version)
Does updating your copy of KEYDB.cfg help?

The latest keydb supports the D156 release of The Strangers

I just updated the keydb and am ripping the disc now.
