Hello. I am unable to open the disc. I get the error:
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

I am able to open other films and do have Enable Internet Access checked. Please let me know what steps to take to get this disc working. Thank you.

You did not specify whether or not you are actually GETTING internet access for MakeMKV. Does it say it's downloading the HK file? Does that succeed?

If not, you have different issues that if it works. If it works, your disk hasn't had a decryption key created yet, and you need to submit the .TGZ file created to svq@makemkv.com for processing.

If it isn't working, you need to figure out why your system can't talk to the server, and there are several topics here about that.

Thank you for your replies! Woodstock, you nailed it. MakeMKV was not getting internet access and once fixed, everything worked. Thanks again everyone!
