Most likely not. I guess your firmware is dated Dec. 22 or newer. Check your Makemkv info.

The same advice applies: check its firmware date. Firmware dated Dec 2022 or newer cannot be either cross-flashed or downgraded.

No, not currently as the firmware is Dec 2022. Pioneer drives with firmware from 01 Dec 2022 onwards cannot currently be downgraded/cross-flashed nor have LiberDrive enabled.
