The latest KEYDB.cfg file contains this entry:

Does installing this file into MakeMKV's data directory (where MakeMKV writes its dump files) unlock your disk? See these instructions.

Yup, updating my KEYDB.cfg file did the trick. I had last updated it in July. Thanks!
