Is your dump's filename exactly "MKB20_v77_Heathers_UHD_17B4", or is the four-digit tag at the end different? You definitely need to email your dump to svq@makemkv.com if the tags are different, although there's no harm in emailing it anyway.

Having said that, dumps sent to svq@makemkv.com have always taken an unpredictable length of time to process. See these instructions to install an alternative KEYDB.cfg database while you're waiting. (Think of it as a fallback plan...)

Curiously, the tag at the end of yours is also 17B4, which I would have thought meant that it is effectively the same! And that the KEYDB.cfg file would therefore work for you .

(I wish I understood how MakeMKV calculated that four-character tag... )
