Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

And if this doesn't work, can you also upload your TGZ dump file into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply with a public download link? (And also a zipped copy of the UHD's disk's AACS/MKB_RO.inf file, because the one inside the TGZ dump file has almost certainly been truncated to only 56 bytes, making it useless to anyone except MakeMKV itself.)

I tried downloading the newest keydb file and it did not help.
