Lost Season 3 Disc 1 Track 5

Every time I try to read the fifth track from the 1080p LOST Season 3 Disc 1, I get the following errors before read begins:

Occasionally the fifth track isn't listed at all.

Looks like a physical error. Please try making full disc backup per instructions at http://www.makemkv.com/faq/item/4/catid/4 and see if any hashcheck errors show up.

You could always try cleaning the disc.

If you have a more detailed or unique suggestion than every other cleaning method I've read, I'd love to know it. All my discs look perfectly fine to me, and I've cleaned them in every way I can think of, but most of them have issues of one sort or another. I've even tried cleaning the drive, but that didn't change anything, so I doubt it was dirty to begin with.
