Hi Marty, can you point me to a comparison for the drives you have in stock? I am thinking of getting one of your internal pioneer drives. I assume internal drives are more reliable?

The higher the price, the better quality components and overall build quality.

If you want to know about speed, they all read UHD discs at 4x max.

No problem. Unfortunately there are currently no compatible external Pioneer drives available as they all come with un-downgradable firmware. There is the Verbatim 43888 which contains a Pioneer BDR-UD04 drive inside but that's it.
