I'm trying to use this to get the correct playlist from Flicker Alley's BD of Never Open That Door, but when I run the folder through it doesn't show anything.
You are trying with your ripped decrypted backup folder aren't you??

I'm not familiar with this title but you could try opening the index.bdmv file with a player (I use MPC-HC) and it should (most of the time) open the correct playlist and tell you which playlist it is.
Yeah, with the decrypted folder. There are also two films on the disc. MPC-HC didn't open the right playlist.
What titles does MakeMKV show when you open the disc/folder? Can you link the image.
Cheers :D

It shows 87 titles for the main movie, and 22 titles for the bonus feature

We need to see it. Show the MakeMKV screen with all of the titles.

This is what I get. It's a list of hundreds of playlists. Not sure how to screenshot them all, or if there's a way to grab the data itself in a log.

That looks like playlist obfuscation. Usually see this on Lionsgate titles. Anyway, you could start by looking at playlist 00800 or 00801 or 00001 and checking if one of them is correct.

As @MartyMcNuts posted, typical of Lionsgate playlist obfuscation. If GetMPLS hasn't worked for you, and googling the correct playlist to rip has drawn a blank, look at Process Monitor Method linked in my sig - there's a small learning curve to it but I guess if you want to rip the disc you'll persevere. Haven't read back though the thread but is the disc/playlist ID's not listed on TheDiscDB ?
Windows:
Identifying The Correct Title To Rip: Process Monitor Method - GetMPLS Method
Mux/Remux: Set A Subtitle Stream On By Default (Forced)
