I picked up this one from walmart. It is a 4k UHD. I am getting this error.

The OP in this thread said their BDEE encrypted disc now works. Perhaps your system is being blocked from downloading hashed keys?

I wish that was the case. I am sure I am downloading new hash keys but I am still not able to read the disk.
