Ghostbusters Frozen Empire (Again?)

I see someone already submitted this, I see no issues in my logfile about updating the HK data, I tried toing so manually. Thinking I have a slightly different SKU maybe?

Either way here's the TGZ, please let me know if this is the same as the previous post and if it's something wrong on my end.

Edit: No, apparently there is no attachment, because the forum isn't letting me attach things. Gives an error 'Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached'.

Same issue here. Just got the disc delivered today and I'm getting a decryption error. I tried to attach my TGZ dump file but getting an error message "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

Have you tried installing the latest KEYDB.cfg while you wait for MakeMKV's processing queue to run? Does either of these disks match yours?

Have you tried installing the latest KEYDB.cfg while you wait for MakeMKV's processing queue to run? Does either of these disks match yours?

I did try that after I posted but before you replied, no luck. My disc seems to be dated May 30 not May 16 or June 1. I'm in Canada, wondering if there's a specific SKU to meet Canada's bilingual requirements. The disc art at least includes Quebec's specific ratings granted that doesn't necessarily mean much, plenty of Canadian releases with nothing but a paper slip cover making the difference.

Oh damn, I think that happened to me too, because there's no attachment on the post. I just tried to attach again and I have the same error you're reporting. I think I attached the file and didn't notice that it errored.

I emailed my dump file to svq@makemkv.com but couldn't post it here. My dump file ends with 4F38. Just got the disc today from Amazon

Welcome newcomers! The proper procedure is to:

- email the dumpfile to svq@makemkv.com

- post the file name to the release specific topic (if the 4 char hex value embedded in the filename is the same as yours, it's less necessary to submit the dump again YMMV)

Followed the suggestions in this thread to decrypt the disc and this did the trick for me:

The key for that version is in the keydb. I didn't look to see if there's a VUK on it. If there's not, you can use Xreveal to decrypt it with the keydb so that MakeMKV can open it. Or you can wait for Mike to add it after you email him the dump.

I don't think this file needs to be in Google Drive any longer .
